The series comes from the analysis of the representation of the female face in magazines and in contemporary advertising.
The reflection arises from the fact that what I usually see is the face of young, very young women, made perfect by the utmost power of make-up and photo retouching that embody a stereotype of idealized and plasticized woman away from reality.
The questions in front of all of this are: why female beauty is represented in this way?
Why are we women attracted to this stereotype of plastic beauty that turns the woman into an inflatable doll?
What kind of beauty standard are we exposed to every day?
